ITIL processes have become now NASA's strong tool which has improved its service delivery. It has also enhanced productivity which enabled NASA to achieve their IT business goals. Also, ITIL gave new guidance and reporting needs from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Almost all Private and Government organizations has been considering ITIL as one of the most important approach to follow which enhances IT service management. ITIL framework asbenefited various government and private organizations to achieve their organizational goals.
